Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients and management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
- Clear and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
- Inventory – Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on-hand checks/cycle counts and investigating and correcting issues with stock.
- General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
- Record pallet usage on CC consignments and the xdock/dispatch on spreadsheet.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Sound computer and system skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
