Based in Sydney. we are seeking an expereicend Service Technician, who can demonstrate proven experience as a Gas Fitter and/or Electrician specialising in kitchen equipment or related fields.
Responsibilities inlcude;
- Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment.
- Conducting comprehensive inspections to identify malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently to minimise downtime and maximize functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and offering expert recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Accurately documenting service calls, repairs, and parts used, maintaining detailed records and reports.
The Person
As a service technician professional, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Mechanical aptitude and outstanding problem-solving & fault-finding abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
