Based in Hallam, we are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the service team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor and improve service processes, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability.
- Oversee scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A high level of customer service with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A deep understanding of service operations, including KPIs and profitability metrics.
- A current Victorian driver’s license.
