Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Estate Agent to work the luxury housing market across Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they handover the keys. You will market their home to gain maximum exposure, achieving them the highest possible price.
We are seeking poeple with experience in property sales in excess of $5million
Bilingual English / Mandarin highly beneficial
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
- Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
- Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional service to the clients
