As a Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in driving business growth and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, aiding in the management of existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
- Qualify customer leads for follow up by team leader.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Work with clients to enhance the company’s review profile.
- Be available for occasional team, customer or training events as a company representative
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Strong communication skills demonstrated in emails, and interpersonal skills.
- Navigate our MS Excel, SharePoint and company’s database to record potential deals and existing client records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales for at least (5) five years, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
