
A dynamic and growing company specializing in blue-collar recruitmen are looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team and help identify and attract top talent.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Assist with onboarding and the transition of new hires into their roles.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or recruitment coordinator, preferably with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms, including job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media.

Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates for a wide range of blue-collar roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple job requisitions at once.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding talent solutions.

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a recruitment agency or in an internal recruitment role for blue-collar positions.

Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in the blue-collar sector.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong network within blue-collar industries.
