We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Workshop Controller with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role will oversee the daily operations of our dynamic workshop.
Your ability to effectively engage with staff, drive productivity, and ensure efficiency will play a crucial role in exceeding both workshop KPIs and Customer satisfaction expectations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of our dynamic workshop
- Working alongside our Foreman, Technical Team Leader and Service Advisors
- Organise, plan, monitor and control all work orders to ensure timely through-put
- Monitor the quality of all work performed in the workshop
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
- Valid Australian manual driver’s license
- Must be an Australian Resident
- Strong proven ability to multitask and oversee multiple jobs
- The ability to prioritise and delegate work
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership experience
