As the Franchise Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and visibility across a franchise network. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that align national objectives with individual franchisee needs. You’ll collaborate with franchisees, the national office, and external partners to create impactful campaigns that ensure brand consistency and maximize ROI. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of franchise operations and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Franchise Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Drive Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all franchise locations.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and implement campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Franchisee Support: Provide guidance to franchisees on local marketing initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Event Coordination: Organise events and report on their ROI.
- Market Research: Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Training and Onboarding: Guide new franchisees on brand strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Utilise tools like Canva and Mailchimp for marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with services marketing and local area marketing (preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva and Mailchimp.
Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Disability sector.
- High-level communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle accountability.
