Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals.
- Oversee the F&I process, including documentation collection and submission.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets.
- Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in computer systems and tools.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs.
- Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I goals.
- Detail-oriented with a professional and optimistic outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing internal and external relationships.
- A team player who is proactive and willing to step out of an office setting when needed.
