
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience, from the appointment through to completion & collection of their vehicle.
From greeting vehicle owners on the drive way through to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Advisor responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- Self motivated
- Well organised
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude
- A current driver’s licence is required
