Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial coffee machines and related equipment.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues with coffee machines.

Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating machines to ensure optimal performance.

Provide training and guidance to customers on how to properly operate and care for their equipment.

Respond to service calls and complete repairs on-site or at our service center.

Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, maintenance, and any parts used.

Work closely with the customer service team to schedule appointments and address customer concerns.

Stay up to date with the latest coffee machine technologies and industry trends.

Assist with inventory management, including ordering and maintaining spare parts for repairs.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a coffee machine technician or in a similar technical role.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of various types of commercial coffee machines (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).

Ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent.
