Based in Sunshine, we are seeking an experienced cabinet maker, able to read, understand and correctly interpret drawings and specifications. You will also manage and perform installations on site.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Production of cabinets
- Install cabinets on site
- Safely operate a wide range of complex machines, tools & equipment
- Participate in daily toolbox briefings
- General material handling
Experience & attributes:
- A minimum of Certificate III in Cabinet Making
- A minimum of 8 years of industry experience in cabinet making and installation
- Able to accurately read and interpret drawings & specifications.
- Knowledge in operating a CNC machine.
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Manual driver’s license
- Focus on health & safety policies and procedures
- Experience using a telehandler or forklift would be an advantage
- Availability for flexible working hours & travel to work sites
- Keen interpersonal skills
