
We have a a part-time role (4 days per week) for a Bookkeeper to manage Accounts receivable function including processing of daily payments, entering customer invoices and process banking, and to act as Payroll backup when required.
- Part-time- 4 days a week
Duties:
- Balance debtors, prepare and email customer statements at end of month
- Responsible for bank reconciliations including any transactions to cash receipts and cash payments ledger.
- Backup for payroll function & accounts payable.
- Process superannuation, payroll tax monthly & any other statutory payments required
- Prepare monthly sales figures for management
- Prepare Quarterly BAS statement
- Monitor the General Ledger and print out monthly financial reports from Attache
- Prepare End of Year reports for external accountant and auditors.
Experience Required:
- Completion of Year 12
- Completion of/or progress towards a Diploma of Accounting (TAFE) preferred but not essential
- Attache experience beneficial but not essential
- Relevant experience
- Excellent PC skills
- High level accuracy and numeracy skills
