Based in Laverton, we are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact, collaborating across departments to ensure client satisfaction and meet operational targets.

From onboarding to service delivery, you’ll oversee the entire account lifecycle, helping clients achieve their business goals and identifying growth opportunities.
You’ll also drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our products and services provide maximum value. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account management of customers across all departments – Contract, 3PL and Commercial.
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts for new or existing clients.
- Communicate key changes to delivery schedules and business operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on insights and data analysis.
- Obtain customer forecasts and present them to the Management & Operations department.
- Monitor and track client performance metrics, ensuring satisfaction and account retention.
