As we exepected, and predicted, now business is opening up, the switch has been flicked, and many companies are looking for staff, and at present we are busier now than we were pre-pandemic. So the key questions for employers, are not only how they will source staff in a candidate shortage market, but how will they retain the staff they have? Yes, finding new people is important, but retaining those you already have, and not see them being poached or headhunted by other employers and recruiters, is perhaps even more important.
