Worker rights to “disconnect”

Should workers be able to "disconnect" when they leave the office? Is it different for hourly or salaried staff? Or do you take the calls / respond to emails if you are ambitious? The Greens want to legislate on this. Hear my thoughts in my interview with TripleM National Radio today.
