Pros and cons of hiring mature workers

There are many perceptions around the hiring of mature workers. Some of these perceptions are both for and against, but in an ever-changing employment landscape, it seems now more and more employers are opting for mature workers, for many reasons, despite there still being some challenges for the mature worker.
