4 day working week, what about a 3 day week?

With all the recent talk about companies moving to a 4 day working week, there is a company in America, who are moving to a 3 day working week, but each person needs to work 14 hours per day. Is this practical? Can it work? My discussion on TripleM national radio regarding this.
