Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role in Australia. Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification. Proven proficiency in using accounting software Xero

Accountant Proficient in accounting software – Xero, HandiSoft and BGL  CA/CPA qualified or currently completing

Experience in the NDIS/Aged Care industry (desirable but not essential)
Qualification in Administration (Cert 3 or 4 or diploma desirable but not essential)

Administration skills essential. Human Resources experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience, from the appointment through to completion & collection of their vehicle.

Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Liaising with the client, technicians, suppliers, and tenants regarding job status and details. Preparing, supplying and processing invoices. Day to day processing of invoices and matching purchase orders

Porsche or high-end European Brand experience essential

A minimum of 8 years of industry experience in cabinet making and installation. Able to accurately read and interpret drawings & specifications. Knowledge in operating a CNC machine.

We are seeking poeple with experience in property sales in excess of $5million.
Bilingual English / Mandarin highly beneficial
