
A reputable manufacturing company are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by managing and coordinating day-to-day sales activities, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and preparing quotes.

Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and timely responses to requests.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring order accuracy, and coordinating the timely delivery of products.

Track and update sales data, providing regular reports and forecasts to the sales team and management.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure the smooth flow of orders.

Help schedule meetings, conferences, and sales events.

Maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
- Assist with contract and pricing negotiations when necessary.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar role within the manufacturing or related industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
