What you’ll be doing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure the showroom and reception area are always clean and presentable
- Maintaining office supplies
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
- Professional / corporate presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
