This Financial Controller postions, will play a critical role in the financial management and strategic decision-making process of the dealership.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of dealership group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the dealership’s goals.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA qualification highly desirable).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in all facets of accounts function to trial balance/BAS returns
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and reporting skills
- Highly analytical and organised with very strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
