Based in Ringwood. Seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who accurate data entry. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is able to perform well under pressure.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quoting
- Scheduling Installations
- Email Inbox management
- Emailing customers to arrange service related activities
- Scheduling Preventative Maintenance
- Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Reviewing invoices
- General Admin Duties as Required
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION WE ARE SEEKING:
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional verbal communication
- Problem solver and able to use initiative
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver on deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team
- Working in the office every day (Not a work from home position)
- CRM experience. Salesforce experience would be an advantage
- Experience working in a service department would be preferred.
