This company is a leading provider of high-quality automotive parts and accessories, and are now seeking a driven and high performing State Manager to oversee the Victorian and Tasmanian branches. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and grow an existing portfolio, whilst having access to a supportive team filled with diverse talents, initiative, and leadership experience.

Reporting to your National Operations Manager, your typical week will include:
- Leading the Branch Manager network to grow in Victoria and Tasmania
- Setting sales budgets and targets for the team
- Motivating and developing the sales team to achieve their targets
- Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
- Developing strategies to hit sales targets and manage costs within the region
- Responding to staff queries which include recruitment, performance, training, development and health and safety requirements
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Growing a pipeline of opportunities and developing new business
- Delivering marketing material and executing promotions
