As a Pre-delivery assistant – Vicroads clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of this dealership. This full-time position involves a range of administrative and support duties to facilitate the seamless delivery of vehicles to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Completing VicRoads paperwork and processing vehicle registrations and transfers
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers, including checking cars upon delivery from the manufactures
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider team with various administrative and clerical tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Previous experience with Vicroads
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in using various software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
