Our client is a leading superannuation fund manager, now seeking people who are passionate about providing exceptional service, supporting members and employers by putting their best interests first.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from members, employers and other stakeholders
- Responding to email enquiries and managing web chat contact
- Driving member retention and acquisition
- Supporting members in making informed decisions
- Manage and resolve member and employer concerns and complaints
- Other as advised
We are seeking applications from those who have;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Superannuation/Finance experience will be highly regarded
Previous experience in financial services, in particular superannuation, and RG146 qualification will be highly regarded, but not essential.
This is a Permanent – Full Time Role (8:30am-5:00pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm shift)
