Can Employers insist on staff receiving the Covid vaccine?

This is now becoming a hot topic, can employers insist on employees receiving the vaccine, and if they do not wish to, what happens?  An employer has a responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all staff, so should they be able to insist on this? My interview on TripleM this week discusses this.
