My on air discussion on 3AW and 2UE yesterday regarding credibility of some qualifications
This discussion was based around the fact that I recently met a candidate who did a Cert 3 in Business Admin, with a private government funded RTO, which was completed in 3 weeks.
This gives no credibility to the qualification and we simply ignore any such qualifications job seekers gain from this private RTO or any similar ones.
